SCA Annual General Meeting

The Swiss Cricket Association (SCA) Honorary Secretary has announced that the 2012 Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday 4th February at the Restaurant Egghölzli (Weltpoststrasse 16, 3015 Berne) beginning at 2pm.

In accordance with the Association's constitution member clubs have been notified in writing and a draft agenda is available below.

1. Opening of the meeting

2. Adoption of the agenda
3. Apologies for absence

4. Adoption of the previous minutes

5. Approval of the annual reports of the Executive Committee

6. Approval of the Auditors’ report

7. Discharge of the outgoing 2011 Executive from its obligations

8. Proposed amendments to the Constitution

9. Election of Officers to the Executive Committee

10. Election of the Auditor

11. Election of League (Competitions) Committee

12. Approval of annual membership, League participation and player registration fees

13. Admission to SCA Membership

14. Any other business

15. Close of Meeting

Additional points for the agenda, along with nominations for any post on the SCA executive, should be sent to the Honorary Secretary before 31st December 2011.
