Neue Luzerner Zeitung on the World Twenty20

The Neue Luzerner Zeitung published a full page article on the World Twenty20 taking place in Sri Lanka.

Written by Melk & Jonas Von Flüe the article concentrates on the 23 year old Virat Kohli, and how India's hopes of winning the World Twenty20 rest with the superstar of Indian cricket (incidentally voted cricketer of the year), comparing him to Cristiano Ronaldo in footballing terms.

The article also goes on to explain how the Twenty20 format has revolutionised cricket and talks of the expanding popularity of cricket throughout the world. There is a footnote explaining that Eurosport2 is covering the competition and encouraging television viewers to tune in.

Additionally, there is a world map explaining the countries thst are competing in the 2012 World Twenty20 in Sri Lanka, and there is also a small column dedicated to the origins of cricket and references to it in the Bollywood blockbuster Lagan.
